in the beginning

Founded in 1998 by a pair of degenerate young mates, Skydive the Beach Sydney has grown up a lot. We now celebrate over ten years of bringing the ultimate skydiving experience to people all over the world. From early days operating with one small Cessna 206, we are now the largest tandem skydiving centre in NSW Australia and own an impressive fleet of 6 aircraft. The latest addition is a speedy Cresco, capable of carrying 10 people up to 14,000ft in around 11 minutes (that’s quick). This little beastie is usually found at our Hunter Valley digs in Elderslie.

We are staffed by an energetic young team, passionate about delivering the perfect skydiving adventure, jumping over amazing southern coastline of Sydney. Our skydiving staff are highly experienced in their field, where many currently compete on a national and international level. We are happy to boast 3 World Champions and 7 Australian National Champions on the team – so you’re in safe skies when you jump with Skydive the Beach Sydney.

Gold Winners in the 2009 South Coast Tourism Awards, Silver winners in the NSW Tourism Awards in 2009, and Winner in the 2009 Illawarra Business Awards and Illawarra Tourism Awards both in 2003 and 2005. Skydive the Beach Sydney is active in promoting business excellence and the Illawarra region to a national and international market.
